Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Engineer 1. This role will be responsible for generating in-house CAD drawings, providing technical support to customers, processing quote requests in cooperation with the sales team, and conducting QA on inbound product. This is an exciting opportunity to be exposed to multiple elements of engineering in a fast-paced and rewarding environment
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of engineering principles, theories, and concepts
- Proficiency in CAD software (e.g. Autodesk Inventor)
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Ability to create/manage QA documentation (First-article inspections, PPAP submissions, corrective actions)
- Good problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- Experience with bearing design and manufacturing is a plus
